Q: Which currency pair or timeframe does this EA run on?
A.I. Forex Bot runs on the EUR/USD currency pair, and an H1 (Hourly) Timeframe
Problem: I haven’t got a smiley face in the top right hand corner
Make sure you have clicked allow live trading in the expert properties, to
do this right click on the chart, click expert advisors then properties
then under the common tab tick ‘ allow live trading’.
Problem: I have an ‘x’ in the top right instead of a smiley face
Click on the ‘expert advisors’ tab on the top toolbar.
Q: I was unable to download my EA from your links?
Please be aware that the ex4 file is NOT meant to be opened (do not try to
open this file directly as it will come up with a message that there is
no program to support this file).
First you need to ensure you have
downloaded a MetaTrader4 Trading Platform first. 1. When your MT4
Broker platform is closed….
2. Hover your mouse above the .ex4 attachment in this email.
3. Right click your mouse and a popup menu will give you a list of options.
4. Select COPY. Then go and open MY COMPUTER (Windows Explorer) found
through your START then COMPUTER (also called My Computer).
5. Then expand C/Drive, the PROGRAM FILES, then (your) MT4 Broker -
whoever you downloaded as your MT4 demo or live account, then EXPERTS
folder.
Problem: My ‘A.I. Bot’ is not trading
Please make sure you have installed the AI Forex Robot EA correctly using all other
information from this FAQ section.
On your menus across the top of your MT4 Broker platform please go to
TOOLS, then OPTIONS, the EXPERT ADVISORS, and please check that you
have the ALLOW LIVE TRADING ticked.

This EA is built to make PROFITABLE trades, and may spend a few days looking for an appropriate entry time
– Please do have some patience with this EA!
If you are trading 0.01 lots please make sure your broker supports them.
Problem: I cannot find the A.I. Bot EA under the experts tab in metatrader?
You must have placed the file in the wrong folder, make sure it is in
c:/programfiles/metatrader/experts then restart your metatrader platform.
Problem: Will this EA work on 5 digit brokers?
Yes. Simply multiply all ‘inputs’ (see images below) by 10.
Problem: How do I know the robot is trading?
When the A.I. Forex Robot robot takes a trade you will see an obvious green (entry) line or a
red (stop loss) line across your chart, showing the price that it has
entered the trade.
If you had 3 EURUSD charts open, each with a different robot and only 1
robot took a trade, you will see the horizontal entry lines across all
3 of the EURUSD charts.
To find out which chart/robot the trade executed on you can distinguish it by a grey circle with an arrow in it
pointing to the exact entry which that robot entered the trade.
You will see all OPEN trades in the TRADE tab within the TERMINAL
window.
Problem: Where is the Money Management (MM) setting?
When the MM setting is TRUE then the robot will calculate the position size
(lots) itself so that you never exceed the Risk% that you have
selected.
For example; if you have set a 5% risk on a $5,000 account
balance, the robot will not risk any more than $250 per trade (5% of
$5,000).
1% is a lower risk and 5% is a higher risk. Only use whole numbers eg;
2.0 = 2% (do NOT use 2.5%).
